Mtn Introduces Web Self Service (WSS)


MTN is here again with the New Mtn Web Service (WSS) which gives you access to all MTN Customer Services Channels.This is a web based self-service solution that will allow you MTN Customer request for specific services online at ones own convenience without requiring an interaction with an  MTN Online Customer Care Representative and have these services delivered on time.


The WSS offers 24hrs support and immediate access to information. You can also check the status of your requests and be informed when the service is completed. This Self Service provides all the functions of dialling 180 (Mtn Customer Care).

The Mtn Self Service is available and free to all MTN Customers and will be accessed using your MTN Security Number.

How To Activate MTN Web Self Service
-Register your SIM Card at any SIM registeration centre
-Provide the Customer ID and Security Key,Text to your phone by MTN after you may have registered your SIM CARD.
